Sarah and I headed into Boulder this morning. I started up Flagstaff Mountain on my bike and Sarah took Winnie for a long hike at Chautauqua Park. The above graph shows the elevation gain of the Flagstaff Mountain ride. Trust me, the graph represents exactly how I felt, this climb is steep! Stats from my GPS watch

Jon and Marie took a trip to Peru in late May. A few days in Cusco then a 4 day trek on the Inca Trail via Machu Picchu and concluding with a relaxing resort experience on the beach.

Last week we celebrated Mark’s 30th Birthday, Mom’s Birthday, Sarah’s graduation, Michael’s birthday and family togetherness in general! A few days in Denver partying, cycling, and eating at fancy restaurants…then up the mountain to Eagle’s Nest for a weekend of relaxing in the high country.

Congrats to Dave Painter and his wife Amanda. Their new baby girl, Abigail Grace Painter, was born on May 21st (My Mom’s birthday also…).

After 3 hard years of studying, rotations, and delivering babies in the middle of the night Sarah has graduated from the Child Health Associate/Physician Assistant Program at the University of Colorado Denver and Health Sciences Center.
