I remember the first day I met Grif and Nate outside of our 10th and University apartment in Boulder. She was just a few months old, little did I know that she would be my buddy, roommate, skiing companion and part of our extended family.
Everyday for several years Nate, Chris, Jake, Kenny and the rest of our buddies with dogs would “go get the dogs out” either on CU’s campus or Chatauqua Park for a hike. I look back on those days as some of the best in my life.
Grif passed away on Monday, July 30th 2007.
